Rob Browning founded Prospect Painting Company in 2024 with a vision to create more than just a painting business — he built a people-first company rooted in community, care, and craftsmanship. With a strong belief that homes are reflections of the people who live in them, Rob leads a team that values every client relationship and prioritizes integrity, attention to detail, and quality results.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Rob began his professional journey in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a submarine Electrician’s Mate and later as a Nuclear Test Engineer at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. His decade-plus career in engineering honed his eye for precision, systems thinking, and leadership — skills he now applies in the trades with a uniquely human touch.
Beyond the brush, Rob is a passionate advocate for people discovering their passion and calling in life — a mission he lives daily through his commitment to both his team and clients. He values global cultures and languages, is fluent in several, and brings a worldly perspective to the way he leads and connects.
Rob is married and the proud father of three children. When he’s not transforming homes, he enjoys flying vintage airplanes, restoring classic cars, and exploring the small towns and back roads of New England with his family.
